This is a tune written mostly in one of my favourites: The Harmonic Major scale. By modulating outside the scale for the Dmaj7 chord, I make it not so obvious, and have gotten myself out of a diatonic state of mind. One of my favourite keys calls for one of my favourite drinks: Hendrick’s Gin on the Rocks mmm
